Cloud Environnemental au Bénéfice de l'Auvergne
Objectif : permettre de mieux comprendre les systèmes environnementaux, leurs évolutions dans le contexte du changement climatique global et leurs interactions avec les agroécosystèmes : impact des facteurs environnementaux sur les productions agricoles et inversement.
The goal of this study is to compare current micro-eukaryotic communities (ca. 2000) with communities from the end of the 19th century (ca. 1880) in 48 French lakes. High-throughput sequencing of 18S rDNA is used to reconstruct past micro-eukaryotic communities from ancient DNA stored in lake sediments. Sample: Top sample for lake Aydat (replicate 1)
