De façon à étudier la réponse fonctionnelle du taux de broutage de Daphnia magna sur Chlamydomonas reinhardtii dans un contexte de changement climatique nous avons estimé la consommation de sur 2h à 6 température (14 , 17 , 20 , 23 , 26 , 29°C) x 6 concentrations (0.1 , 0.2 , 0.4 , 0.8 , 1.6 , 3.2 mgC/L).

Condition des Run en cytométrie. Cell counting in the fixed samples were carried out by flow cytometry performed on a BD LSR Fortessa X-20 (BD Biosciences, CA USA). Two lasers (Purple, 405 nm, 50 mW and Blue, 488 nm, 60 mW) were used for pigment excitation and morphological characterization. Chlorophyll fluorescence was detected with a set of filters composed of a 635 nm longpass (LP) and a 670/30 nm bandpass (BP) and visualized on logarithmic scales. Data were acquired during 540 seconds for cell concentration comprised between 0.1-0.2 mgC/L , 360 seconds for 0.4 - 0.8 -1.6 mgC/L and 180 seconds for the last conentration (3.2 mgC/L)at constant flow rate of about 90 µL/min and processed using FACSDivA 9 software (BD Biosciences). We used a fresh monospecific C. reinhardtii solution to set an area on the 2 D Chlorophyll a – SSC-A plot in which the particles counted were considered to be C. reinhardtii cells
